TERMS OF SERVICE FOR 2NDS APP

EFFECTIVE DATE: March 1, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 2NDS mobile application and related services ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and keeping your login details secure. Only one account per person is allowed.

4. JOB POSTING AND ACCEPTANCE

Stylists/Colorists may post jobs. Assistants may accept jobs. You agree to provide accurate information when posting or accepting jobs.

5. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees may apply as disclosed in the App. Failed, declined, or disputed payments may result in account suspension.
Additional platform fees may apply, including a Finder’s Fee as described in Section 5A and/or disclosed in the App.

5A. NON-CIRCUMVENTION; FINDER’S FEE (INTRODUCTION/PLACEMENT FEE)

To protect the integrity of the App and the 2NDS network, you agree not to circumvent 2NDS by soliciting, recruiting, engaging, or accepting off-platform work with any person you first met, were introduced to, or identified through 2NDS, in a way that avoids 2NDS fees or policies (“Circumvention”). Circumvention includes moving communications, booking, payment, or ongoing work off the App after an introduction through 2NDS.

If the Assistant accepts a full-time, long-term, or regularly scheduled position (including employment or ongoing contracted work) with a 2NDS user who originally connected with them through the 2NDS App, the Assistant agrees to pay a one-time finder’s fee of $500 USD to 2NDS (the “Finder’s Fee”). This fee is due within fourteen (14) days of the start date of the new arrangement, unless otherwise negotiated in writing by 2NDS. The Finder’s Fee applies regardless of whether the parties communicate or finalize the arrangement outside of the App after connecting through 2NDS.

2NDS may investigate suspected Circumvention, including by reviewing in-app communications consistent with our policies, and may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Section.

6. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

Assistants are independent contractors, not employees of 2NDS. We are not responsible for the work performed or outcomes of jobs posted or accepted.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for disputes, damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of the App or from services performed by assistants.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.


PRIVACY POLICY FOR 2NDS APP

This Privacy Policy explains how 2NDS ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

- Personal information you provide (name, email, phone, payment details). - Information about jobs you post or accept.
- Technical data such as device type, browser, and usage activity.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- To provide and improve our app and services. - To match stylists with assistants.
- To process payments securely through Stripe. - To send important notifications and updates.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with: - Service providers (Stripe, Google Sheets, Glide).
- Legal authorities if required by law.

5. DATA RETENTION

We keep your data only as long as necessary for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and related information by contacting us.

6. SECURITY

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee 100% security.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

8. CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app and on our website.
